addendum...the term favorite

Previously, I stated that I don't claim favorites. This is not entirely correct. I apologize for any confusion I may have caused. Once I find something I really like and enjoy....I keep it and don't ever give up on it. I use the term "Favorite" very conservatively; reserving the use of the term for only very special things.

For example, at Cafe Sabor in Logan my favorite dish is the chimichanga. I like Cafe Sabor and I have been there many, many times in the past five years I have lived in Logan. When I have guests in town, that's where I take them (ask Mom and Heather, they'll tell you). Because of this I have tried many of their entrees and finally settled on one that I really like.

In addition, I order the chimichanga because of a memory I have of my Grandma Tavoian. Grandma T lived in Salt Lake. Growing up we would visit her on Sundays. As my sisters and I grew older, we would each take a turn spending a week with Grandma T. She would teach us how to sew different projects, like quilts and dresses, etc. Well, Grandma T also like to take us out to eat and to get ice cream. Every summer, at least one night during the week, she would take me to a Mexican restaurant (that I can't remember the name of) and she would order the chimichanga there for both of us. So, I guess one could say for sentimental reasons....I order the chimichanga and call it one of my favorites.
