So...3 months. Really? Time sure flies. Finished up the first semester of nursing school. Had 5 weeks off for summer (which I spent mostly sleeping in and picking up extra shifts at work). And 2nd semester is now in full swing! Anyone who thinks nursing school is easy is dead wrong! But it is good and fulfilling amidst the challenges. Come December will be our ATI exam and boards. I'm a little nervous for those! I'm also taking pathophysiology at Weber and recertifying my EMT this semester. And will hopefully be volunteering with Corinne and Brigham ambulance soon. Yes...I can probably guess what you're thinking, "She's crazy!" and you're right, but it's okay.
Grandma is doing better. Still has some down days but overall her health is better. Today Kenny took us up to Tony Grove Lake. So beautiful up there! We had lunch and enjoyed the scenery.
Work is also going well. Working just weekend now that school is back in. It's so neat to apply what we learn at school at work! Makes school really seem worth it!!
Beth (Shelana's sister) has been over here from England visiting and it's so nice to have her! Heather and Russell's girls are growing up so quick and they are so cute!! Still living in Malad and looking into buying a million dollar farm! (still in the works).
Shantel will be doing an internship at the hospital until she goes back up the BYUI in January.
Krystal is doing great on her mission in Cali!! She loves it and is working hard! Very proud of her!
Ashton has been working hard with a local landscaper earning cash for summer.
Nicole has been busy working at Downata as a lifeguard and swim instructo. The best job ever !!
Landon and Carson have been working around the house. Taking care of the yard and garden. Taking care of the animals esp the pigs.
