Dear Blog,
The last few weeks, each day has felt like three whole days worth of work, energy and whatever else all shoved into one day.
It reminds me of what Jacob, the brother of Nephi, has said. Jacob "began to be old..." and concludes his record, declaring "that it is written according to the best of my knowledge...and that the "time passed away with us, and also our lives passed away like as it were unto us a dream..." (Jacob 7:26)
What an interesting simile. Time passed like a dream.
I would define dreams as hazy, blurry recollections of thoughts, images and emotions that occur involuntarily in the mind. Upon wakening, they are foggy memories of what might have been.
Interesting there are real periods of our lives that seem like it was just a dream.
That's my thought for today...there's lots more I'm thinking and could write concerning this topic. Perhaps for another day.
