Dear Blog

Dear Blog,

Haven't written for awhile - don't really have a reason why...haven't been too terribly busy.  Well probably have spent too much time on fb, silly thing.  Still don't have my memory card back from Krystal, ahem! (although I did get my camera back, thank you).

Work is going good, kinda slow this past week though.  Only worked 2 shifts and on-call the rest.  I was given a new assignment to order the supplies on the med/surg floor.  Haven't trained yet for it, but shouldn't be that difficult.

Organized my car and car insurance payments.  Turned in my application for the nursing program at bridge.  Won't find out until December if I'm accepted or not.  We can all pray that I will be!  :)

Tried to make pumpkin soup at home with this green pumpkin looking thing.  I thought it turned out alright.  Washed the dishes with Rylee.  That was fun.  Sorry Heather she got all wet!  But I think she really enjoyed it!

Hung out at the video store a little bit with Mom and Kenny.  Tried to read my book in between requests from Kenny.

Watched the Zookeeper with Grandma....that's a good movie.

Made caramel dip to go with apples today.  Went to an amazing fireside with Sister Swinton, author of Pres Monson biography.  Found out that she and her husband were Tyson's mission presidents.  They asked about a hundred questions about Tyson!  It was so neat!

Looking forward to this upcoming week.  Going to be busy with ward mission stuff, family stuff, and haunted mill in id falls for Geir.

Loving my calling...my companion and I are like super visiting teachers!  It's great!  Almost like being on a mission again.  Just missing the aussie accent and door slamming.

No worries!
