My parents and 3 youngest siblings are away on a vacation to California. Heather, Shantel & Krystal are working at downata. Ashton is working at Thomas's. Tyson is in Rexburg picking up a truck. So today, it's just 'me and rylee'.
We started out with rylee discovering she liked to take her socks off her feet and put them in her mouth. I put a blanket down on the living room floor and she rolled around and gummed down her toys. Then she got fussy. I tried putting her in the swing...but that was not what she wanted. I checked her diaper...dry. I gave her some baby cereal things to gum on. Nope...she didn't want that either. I tried to give her some juice. She didn't want the juice. Next I tried the pacifier and sat down in the rocking chair. Within a minute she was fast asleep. The nap only last for a few miutes. But when she woke up, I watched her lay on her back with her hand in front of her face as she watched her hand move. She seemed intrigued with her own hand movements.
Drove Ashton to work & rylee came with. She slept for the car ride. Came back home, Rylee ate some bananas and about 3 oz of milk. Back to the living room floor & rolling around.
about 5 o'clock she lays down for a nap. Diaper change, bottle & more tummy/rolling time.
What a fun day! I'll babysit Rylee anytime!
