GAME DAY HEADLINES• Utah State is in its 104th season of basketball this year and has an overall record of 1,390-990 (.584). USU hasn't had a losing season since the 1992-93 campaign, a span of 15 years, when that team finished with a 10-17 record.
• Utah State is receiving votes in both top-25 polls and is currently ranked 27th in the latest ESPN/USA Today Coaches Poll with 56 votes and 35th in the AP poll with 23 votes.
• Utah State's 20-1 start to the 2008-09 campaign is tied with the 2003-04 team for the best start to a season in school history.
• Utah State is tied with Oklahoma (20-1) for the most wins and best record in the nation. USU has also won 15 straight games overall, which is a season-high and the longest active winning streak in the nation.
• Utah State has now recorded 10 straight 20-win seasons, extending its current school record. Overall, it is the 25th time in school history that USU has won 20 or more games. Utah State is one of just three teams in the nation to record nine straight 23-win seasons along with Gonzaga and Kansas.
• Utah State's 15-game winning streak is its longest since the 2003-04 team won 17 straight games. It is also the third-longest winning streak in school history behind the 1999-2000 team that won 19 straight games and the 2003-04 team that won 17 straight.
• Utah State has won 12 straight WAC games dating back to the 2007-08 season and six straight WAC games on the road. Utah State is 132-44 (.750) in conference play under head coach Stew Morrill, which includes a 40-16 (.714) WAC record.
• Utah State is 73-59 (.553) on the road under Coach Morrill, which includes a 52-36 (.591) record against conference opponents and a 15-13 (.536) WAC record.
• Utah State's eight straight road wins to start the season are the most in school history and its 8-0 road record this year is the best in the nation. Overall, USU has won 10 straight regular season road games dating back to last year. The eight road wins this year are also the most since the 2003-04 team went 10-2 on the road, and it is tied for the seventh-most road wins in school history.
